The three R's of performance management are review, recognition, and remediation.
Review:

The employee's performance is evaluated against established performance standards and goals during a review. Recognition:
The second R of performance management is recognition. Recognition involves acknowledging and rewarding employees for their achievements, contributions, and accomplishments. Remediation:
